Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC New Jersey

Dear Sir or Madam, I disputed - - in the month of - 2016, for the amount of - dollars, and after the due diligence of - Credit Bureau ; it was removed on -/-/2016. - had the same amount on my - Credit report which was successfully removed on -/-/2016. Both accounts were for the same alleged medical bill. Today I noticed that - -, phone number ( - ), reported an amount of - dollars on my Equifax Credit report. This dropped my credit score by - points. It is apparent that this is a shell game, I 'm not sure how legal this activity is. I would like this removed from my credit report immediately.
