I keep informing the representatives that I can not receive these types of calls at my place of employment, and they continue to call - everyday! It is getting to the point where my ability to stay gainfully employed due to the excessive calls after I have verbally, with no success, requested to stop has - impact on their intention to stop calling. I am reaching the end of my rope because I do not know what to do at this point. What adds insult to injury, I do not owe this debt because I have an active, - account and the tolls ARE being deducted from my account.
