I did not renew my home equity line of credit with Popular Community Bank. I have had a $100000.00 line of credit with them for many years with a zero balance. I informed them in writing 3 times and by phone once that I do not want to renew the line of credit. They continue to bill me $78.00 for a service I do n't want. They have not responded to any of my written communications with them.
