I am a customer at CITI Bank, - - - -, - -, - - Every 4- 5 months CITI offers a " bonus '' on your interest if you deposit $25000.00 or more. They say they will pay the bonus 90 calendar days after the deposit. I have enrolled in this promotion several times. Each and every time they do NOT pay the bonus and I have to call and argue with them Often they can not even find the program, but eventually they have gotten paid after they do an " investigation. '' Earlier this year they offered another program - ( see attached ) which I enrolled in and I deposited $25000.00 on -/-/2016. After 90 days NO bonus was paid.It was supposed to be $300.00. After several calls another investigation was started and my request was denied ( see attached. ) I believe that many customers are being lured into this scheme and conveniently not being paid their bonus.
