- states I opened an account for a landline in my home but we already had a landline. I asked them to send me papers showing where I had requested this line and they never did, they said someone from my house requested the line. I asked them to remove the incorrect information from my credit report, now they have sold the account to Debt Recovery Solutions. Acct # -. $98.00 This information is affecting my security clearance with my job and I need proof that I requested this line be installed or I need them to remove it from my credit report.
