I got a reminder notice from - - claiming they never received my payment and charging me a $2.00 late fee and threatening to disconnect my water service for nonpayment. I paid the bill through nfcu 's online bill pay as I always do and it was supposed to be delivered by - -. I do n't know why nfcu DID N'T pay my water bill but this needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY. The customer service from nfcu lately sucks!!!!
