The ATMs at my local Citibank - - - -, - -, NY - never work. Everytime I go to deposit a check, I have to check at least - atms. There were a few times when I had to go to the teller and they were not able to help me out because the systems were down. In addition, the hours of operation the surround branches is impractical, they all close at - and I know many people are not able to make it to the bank at that time! I am afraid that one day when I am not able to deposit money into the account and I do not have enough balance I will be charged the unnecessary over-draft fees.
