Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Utah

I have disputed error 's on alleged collection accounts that are reporting negatively on my credit report. I have tried my best to contact all parties. I can not dispute online on any of the - major agencies website. I was denied a home loan -/-/2016. Because of this inaccurate data reporting. how come the - bureau 's websites can stop allowing me access. also in the dispute process most accounts were updated against my wishes. is it legal to change an accounts payment history?
