PayPal Holdings, Inc. Money transfers department,

Domestic (US) money transfer Money was not available when promised California

Essentially I have over $5000.00 dollars in a paypal account. I have been selling - as well as buying - for several months. Suddenly, after receiving a larger payment from a well known -, my paypal account was suddenly limited. The language as to why was not clear, just that they wanted me to explain where money was coming from and that they suspected fraud. Once I had told them of my business and even to look at see what I have sold on eBay, they immediately gave me a permanent limitation with no explanation as to why. I was never allowed even to appeal nor to dispute based on the vague language given. Subsequently, another paypal account I had also have had for many years was also suddenly limited, for being " related " to that account. In totally paypal is holding approximately $8000.00 USD of my money. There seems to be nothing I Can do.
