Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Washington

Puget Sound Collections keeps sending me letters in - different names. When asked to verify this was my debt, they continue to just send statements of amounts owed in - different names. I had - for medical coverage and fear i have been a victim of identity fraud due to their breach. They show the wrong name for -/-/- & -/-/- showing on a statement using my married name when i was n't married until -/-/-. They keep saying they have verified who i am but they have n't verified this is my debt and refuse to remove it from my credit report. They are harassing me and bullying me with tactics that are unfair.
