I took out a signature loan with " Citi Financial '' in -. I had trouble paying back this debt when the economy was in a down spiral. CitiFinancial after so long of not being able to pay had retained an attorney - - - in - Georgia. Afterwards - - - attorney at law had drained my bank account to the negative of checking and savings tour around negative $23000.00. This was on a loan that was paid down to. $8700.00. Not only that - my tax returns were confiscated 4 for over $3500.00 each for two years. I paid payments to - - - for the remaining balance. I got a check returned to me that at the bottom said " refund on closed account ( no hold ) ''. I was no longer contacted by anyone else on this matter because the debt was paid in full. Now it is - of - and on my credit it shows that I owe $11000.00. The debt was never wiped clean off my credit and I still have a judgement against me after debt was paid.
