I saw a lower interest rate with the Citi - - so I could transfer a high interest rate credit card to a lower interest rate loan. When I spoke to the rep at Citi and I was told the amount of the loan that they would give me of $500.00 I told them I had to think about it. The $500.00 was not enough to cover my credit card debt. The next think I know I have an approval with a credit card. It has taken me several months to submit this complaint, but I do want this taken off my credit bureau score. I have submitted a letter to Citi as well.
