Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Nevada

Two years ago I got my social security number. I went to - - - Bank to open an account and I found out that I had already had a very good credit history. The bank employee gave me a copy of the transaction from - specifying that she can not give me the name because of confidentiality. I told to her that it was impossible because I came to - in - and I just got my social number, and she sent me back to the social security - to clarify the situation. There, they told me that it is a brand new number and I should be able to use it. So, I went back to the bank, I explained the situation and they opened an account for me. Also, I asked for credit score to - and the other - companies accredited by government but I could not get any. The answer was that : The social security number I gave them does not much the identification information in their database. I submitted all the information that they asked for, but they could not issue a credit report for me. In addition, I called the Social Security


As I 'm still studying and not working I did not apply for a credit or credit card in the last two years. However, today when I called to be co-applicant on gas and energy accounts with my husband, the lady on the phone told me that there is a problem with my personal information and I have to send a copy of my ID to confirm my identity. After this, I tried to get an annual online report but the answer was : Based on the information that you provided, we can not find a matching credit file. Finally, I called the Consumer Protect Bureau and I was advised to fill the complaint online in order to fix my problem.
