I paid down ( Approximately - - ) my Cedit Card by - with a - - - - ( photo of Money included prior to mailing ) by mailing the Money Order to Citicards. I kept checking my card balance to see if the payment was ever applied to reduce my balance. The Balance was never reduced and the I found out from the - - - that the Money Order was cashed on or about - -, 2016. I have filed papers with - - ( also included ) requesting an investigation. I have also requested CitiCards ( Payments Investigation Dept ) to determine who cashed my Money Order made out to Citicards. I also forwarded to Citibank copies of my paper work to - - requesting an investigation ( paperwork also attached ). I am aslo forwarding to the CFPB copies of documents forwarded to Citicards and - -.
