NetSpend Corporation, a TSYS Company Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Managing, opening, or closing account California

netSpend refused to activate pre-paid gift card, asked us to send them social security cards and marriage license in order to activate. This was all for a $100.00 pre-paid card that was a gift. Froze account and refused to do anything unless we met their demands.
