Improper use of my credit report Report shared with employer w/o consent Pennsylvania

After checkichecking my credit report i have several hard inquires that i did not make ... .there was - that i authorized ... ... .all others were not authorized by me ... ... .what can i do to have these inquires removed and what can i do to find out why these hard inquires were pulled on my credit ... ... .who authorized these????
