Citi AAdvantage Mastercard - 1. On -/-/-, Received email from -- offering a 1.99 % interest rate on new purchases until -/-/-. 2. Within a week of receiving that email, I clicked on the " enroll today '' button in the email, logged in, accepted offer, and the web site said that I was now enrolled. 3. Full interest was charged in the - cycle ( 22.24 % ). 4. -/-/-, called customer service, talked to manager " - in florida ''. She said that they have no record of me even being offered that offer, and that instead, I was already enrolled in a promo that ended in -, that I supposedly enrolled in in -. I told

I faxed a printout of the emailed offer to citicards at the number that - gave me, -, with a complete history of the issue, and with a request to call me ASAP, since I was accumulating daily interest charges that I did n't intend. The receiving fax machine ID 'd itself as " Citicards ''. 6. -/-/- I called customer service to confirm that they had received the fax and to ask what the status was. They said that they had no record of getting my fax. They said that - was gone for the day and that they would email her. They asked me to re-fax. 7. -/-/- - pacific, I re-faxed the original fax, and the " fax sent '' confirmation from my first fax.
