Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Oregon

On - - I requested my - free credit reports from this website and I was not able to get a report from Transunion. I was able to get - and - but not -. After 2 days of calling I still am not able to access my Transunion report, the agency will not provide a digital copy and I have an already existing issue of mail fraud at my residence. It has been 5 days and I am still not able to access my credit report and after several phone calls the customer service is unable to do anything. Effectively I am locked out of my Transunion credit report, unable to correct errors, which there has been on my other - reports, or access my report by any other means other than regular mail. If mail is the only means of getting my report then there will not be any ways to correct the report, which is n't verifiable. I want to access my report online just like I did for the other ones. I have called - different times and spoke to multiple reps that bounce me around and do not help or hang up.
