Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Missouri

I got turned down for credit on a car loan. I went to the free credit report website the only one that would give me the report was -. The other - site had " Technical Problems '', which required me to request a copy via mail, unless I paid them $29.00. When I went to pay them -, their systems do not let you buy it, they make you buy a " subscription for - per month. This is Transunion and -. They are scams and need to be shut down.
