Filed CFPB dispute towards - -. - - responded in a timely fashion and stated that they would contact Mandarich Law and have false judgement vacated. To date no action has been taken to vacate the judgement. I have attached a copy of the original CFPB complaint and response from - which has - 's response highlighted in yellow. I have attempted to contact Mandarich Law at -- and tried to reach via phone.
