Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Oregon

Experian refuses to let me obtain my paid credit disclosure online. On - - and again on the -, I attempted to purchase my Experian disclosure online for $12.00. Although I entered precise, accurate identifying information and the address as exactly written on my previous Experian reports, Experian refused to let me complete the purchase online. Instead, they try to force me to call an automated number which can not accommodate hearing -. I also do not wish to obtain my reports via mail as it takes too long and also it 's onerous to scan my - report to save in PDF format. Obtaining it online allows quick conversion into PDF. Experian does this to force me to pay them over $30.00 for a different online version which they do conveniently allow me to purchase online. I believe Experian refuses online access as a means to generate additional revenue when forced to buy the $30.00 version.
