I wanted to purchase a video game add-on from a seller on a website forum. We agreed to make the transaction through Paypal and once the money was received the seller was not responsive. He constantly avoided any questions I had. Overall, the whole deal was a scam. I am sure the seller has done this to many other unaware buyers. The overall amount lost was - - I would at the very least like the CFPB to contact this individual to make him stop scamming.
