I had a security lock removed from Experian. I have a letter from Experian that permanently removes the security freeze. I recently applied for credit and was told that Experian once again has a security freeze that will not allow any creditors to check my credit. An Experian Rep. stated that I put another security freeze only account. This is absolutely not true. I would never, ever put a freeze on my account again. Experian refuses to remove the freeze immediately. This is going to cause problems with a company that is trying to check my credit now. I hate Experian.
