I been sick since 2014 and went on a medical -. Because of a drastic change in my income for my household I fell behind all bills. I was not aware of the contract I signed with - for home security when I was told differently that it was trial promotion. Because of my medical - I have been very forgetful with my memories lately and it 's hard to make decisions when needed to. With that being said I did try to make payment arrangements and I failed to keep them because I forgot to put it on my calendar. I was supposed to get a call reminder but ca n't remember if I ever received one.
