This call is a attempt to collect a debt which i do n't owe, I wrote 2 letters asking for contract bearing my signature, which they did not provide.claim demands monies for an alleged debt for which no proof of said debt, nor proof of ownership of said debt, has been verified and exhibited.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 609 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ) the credit bureaus have to get physical verification of the original consumer contract for any and all accounts they post on a credit report.
