Healthcare Collections-I, LLC Debt collection department,

Medical False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Arizona

On -/-/- I went to - Hospital - -, -, Arizona. Services were rendered, I paid the $100.00 copay, the hospital sent - - the electronic file for the claim. I received from - - an Explanation of Benefits via USPS, stating the Claim # referenced as - Amount billed was $370.00, and what I owe was a $0.00 balance. In - - when I pulled my credit I find - Hospital never followed through for payment from - and sent my bill to collections. Which impaired my credit by falsly sending me to a credit collection agency, Which I paid -/-/-. Since then - Hospital resent the electronic filing back and now - is denying paying the claim they never paid. In which I have documentation they were paying under my insurance plan. Now - Hospital has basically dumped this on me stating it is my issue to resolve. If they had processed and followed up with the insurance company and had done their job, there would not be this complaint. I am getting the run around with - - to pay the claim as well.
