received - calls within 2 hours on -/-/2016,4 calls on -/-/2016 where I talked to a rep that insisted I make payment even after I explained to him in detail 3 times that no funds are available until after -/-/2016 and to please stop blowing up my phone. so I received - calls on -/-/2016, - calls -/-/2016, - calls on -/-/2016 and - calls with a real voicemail so far on -/-/2016. other calls also had voicemail but only *dead air*. clearly the company is either not keeping records of their customer contacts or they just do n't care about FDCPA. the company is a bank dealing with medical care credit- synchrony bank
