Payroll card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues North Carolina

I first noticed a transaction of $120.00 was taken off my Rush Card, on -/-/2016. I went back as far as my phone would allow. I saw the same transactions in -, - and -. I tried to contact Rush Card. They no longer have customer service. I also checked my statements on line, there are no records of these transactions. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. -
