I am desparately seeking your assistance with having a creditor ( that was paid in full per a mutually agreed upon settlement payment offer in 2013 ), with continuing to NOT report that the account been satisfied ( in 2013 ), and by constantly reselling it to collections agencies. I do have my proof that this debt was paid and settled via a letter from the law firm that originally handled this matter. The creditor is - - issurer of the ASPIRE credit card.
