Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

So i got a loan through Care Credit to be able to do my - and i wasnt able to make more than the minimun payments and unfortunately due to illness in family i got overwhelmed and didnt get to call on it to ask how this promotion worked i called today and Care Credit could not help me in any way. i asked if i could pay what was owed before the promotion expired since its only been 34 days after the date of expiration and the person said no. So what can i do to get some help because i just dont want to not pay it??
