We had a 5 year balloon payment with TCF National Bank. It expired in - 2016, and my wife and I signed a Maturing Closed-End Loan Modification Agreement on - -, 2016. TCF still bills us at the old rate, saying that we are now $2200.00 overdue in our mortgage payment. We are not overdue. Every payment has been paid on time and for the new amount. I have called TCF and they do nothing to rectify the situation.
