My lender has not reported accurate information to the credit bureaus since -/-/2016, they are still showing i have a balance outstanding even though i have paid in full since -/-/2016. This caused me to be denied credit and denied a mortgage since my potential lender was showing a balance owing making my debt to income ratio wrong.
