This is the same debt that was from another Collection Agency, - -, that was originally hired by - for a payment of - USD. This debt was carried over, even though the payment has already been paid last year. STELLAR RECOVERY INC is the new collection agency that is trying to get me to pay money that I do not owe, that was passed from one collection agency to another
