I am disputing account number - with IC Systems because I have sent several dispute letters to the credit bureaus and it comes back verified every single time. I have contacted IC Systems to get the method of verification and debt validation on this account and they not provided me the information I have requested per the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. The account is also being reported as having a credit limit when according to the Credit Reporting Resource Guide & Metro 2 standards, credit limits only pertain to charge cards or revolving credit. Not collection accounts.
