Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Alaska

I have had a debt that was suppose to come off of my report -/-/-. account was opened -/-/-. according to the credit report last year, it showed when it would be removed. the reporting agency also said I made a payment when I did not. all I did was give them documentation to prove that I did not owe the debt. and all they did was adjust the amount owed to a couple hundred less. upon reviewing the new credit report where it should have came off. they have now updated it to remain for 4 more years and changed the dates for updated and dates closed to -/-/-. SAYING OPENED ON THAT DAY AND CLOSED ON THAT DAY. originally it said closed on -/-/-. they have done that with - of the reporting agencies and it has come off on another.
