I purchased a car and it was financed through US Auto Credit. They wanted payments every two weeks but not on my pay dates. Payments have been made every two weeks then in -/-/- I received a call from them saying I missed a payment in -/-/-. No mail or email saying that. So I was late more than 6 times paying them which has affected my credit score. I have been searching for that so called missed payment. Then on -/-/- they were to take my payment from my checking account. On -/-/- they called me saying my bank account was closed and they could no longer take checks from me. I immediately went to my bank and my account was not closed. They are charging me a late fee again and a non-sufficient fund fee when my bank has not. My account was never closed and when I asked what account number they have, the rep, " - '', told me we only have what you gave us. I asked to speak with a supervisor but no one has called me yet. The supervisor s name is -. I was told by - they do n't waive fees, although I did not incur any. She wanted me to make a payment with a debit from the bank she claims my account is closed which makes no sense. Maybe it 's because they charge $4.00 fee to pay with a credit/debit card, and there is no fee to pay by check. This company has the worse finance company. It does n't help you but hurts your credit and relationships with family. They call my family and friends constantly as well as me. Enough is enough.
