I was issued a ticket for not having an inspection by - -, VA. I paid the ticket. NCC keeps calling and harassing me regarding this debt after I disputed the debt and have repeatedly told them that it has been paid ( and I have verified this with - - ). They will not stop, they tell me that I need to provide proof to them that the debt has been paid, I told them to verify with - -, who they are collecting for, that I am not comfortable providing financial information to a company I am not familiar with.
