Amex Credit card department,

Advertising and marketing Texas

Back in - 2016, the American Express Platinum was offered a promotion of - reward points with $3000.00 spend in the first 3 months for an upfront charge on the annual fee of $450.00. I took the offer and earned the points that was deposited on - 2016 on platinum account ending -. On - -, 2016 the - reward points was rescinded, it clawed back without any reason. As a consumer after paying the hefty fee of $450.00 and legitimately met the minimum spending of $3000.00 from the mall and car rental, with the points being clawed back with no explanation nor anything was proved that I was n't eligible/qualify especially after 3 months now the annual fee would be refunded this case is clearly a consumer fraud and dishonoring of their promotional offer. In resolute of this case I would like Amex to re-deposit the - back to my platinum account ending - and an formal apology with letter of explantation. I have contacted Amex reward team and spoken to - on this case, her ID is - with no avail.
