i am trying to get a fraudulent card company off my credit report because i am a victim of id theft and the company wont do anything because my information matches my public record witch OK if your a victim of id theft your information is going to match you public record thats why its called id theft. the company is barclaycard us which i was told by - that they wont remove the account be cause everything matched my public record if they can show me the application with my signature on it saying that i signed up then fine i have to pay it but if they cant by law they have to get rid of the file/account.
