I have multiple American Express cards which earn me membership points. Yesterday as of - - I had - points, today I have only - points. - points have been deducted from my account today without any justification or explanation. Despite removing these points, additional - points are also not available for use. Earlier also Amex had erroneously not allotted me points and later after a complaint to CFPB had released those points.
