I used a health club - under a coupon for a free week of trainings. During that first week, I liked it the second day so I asked for a membership and was told the contract would n't start until the week was up. On the fourth day, I - at work. I could no longer attend the gym. I went in and filled out a form saying I am canceling my contract. Two months go by and I start receiving calls from the collection agency non stop all hours of the day claiming they never found the papers saying I ended the contract and I owe the full amount due. I spoke to the manager of the gym who says he has no idea what I 'm talking about, and its the collection agency 's problem now.
