I keep receiving phone calls from people at a company called STP management. I have talked to them a total of two times. They have never sent me any written document to my home address. They are also calling my family members more than once. This is a violation of the The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act as amended by Public law 111-203, title -, 124 Stat 2092 ( 2010 ). Section 804 and 809. I found their website and contact information and have emailed them. I have notified them that they have violated by rights and they need to provide written correspondence of the debt that is owed.
