Capital One Credit card department,
I was told I would have a permeant credit of - USD. Not the full amount of - USD - - transaction. The issue is you guys are request more from me. I read the email you sent to my account online. I also called your customer service today. No one had a clue what was going on. I would like to know if my permeant credit is what it states. I received a letter via email stating I had a permeant credit. I am confused and would like someone to call me please.
