Was overcharged and I attempted to dispute my bill. No one would assist that I could understand or return my calls. Services were terminated by the company. Attempted to return phone at the - store and close account and told I was n't allowed to return my phone.. Had to pay full amount. I refused. This happened over 5 years ago. Yet is brand new on my credit report. They are a very shady company.
