I was living at - - - - - - - -. I had a - account which I requested be closed when I moved to - - - - -, -. The account was not closed and whoever lived there used my name to receive services from - - and it went to collections. I moved back to my home of - in 2010 ( about 4 or 5 months after moving to -, - to stay with a friend while I prepared to move back to - ). I have tried to get the account removed from my credit report and - is claiming they verified the debt. I do not know how that is possible given the circumstances I already explained. I want Bonneville Collections to remove this incorrect debt information from my credit report. Can you help me please?
