Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

I took out a $2500.00 loan from - - who sold it to - - who sold it to Cash Call. I just found out that they are collecting on a loan without a license in Texas. Cash Call placed my signature on documents with their company name on it and I did not sign anything with them. I was also informed they are not a payday loan company which means they are in violation of Texas statutes regarding APR in addition to lending without a license. I have already paid them approximately $9000.00 and have just over $3000.00 left. I do not feel like this is legal.
