I paid a contractor $10000.00 using my - AME- card for services that he was supposed to finish. We had a signed contract that the work would be done, I can furnish that contract. The contractor never finished the services, but he tacked on an additional $300.00 " credit card fee '', so the total I was billed was $10000.00. I called -/AME- to stop the charges. I sent - photos of unfinished work, as well as copies of the contract, but -/AME- did not refund my $10000.00 and paid it out to the contractor in spite of our many pleas.
