I applied for a Citi business credit card under a special promotion to receive - bonus miles after spending - dollars. After spending the - dollars i did n't receive the bonus miles. I contacted Citi to ask that the miles be awarded and they claimed I already had the product and i would n't be eligible for the bonus on both cards. I checked my records only to realize that I had the personal credit card however I had n't opened or closed the business card within the 24 months. I explained this situation to Citi Bank however they refused to award me the - and continued to claim that I did indeed have the product. I would like Citi to award me the - bonus miles as was stated in the offer terms. I fulfilled my end of the agreement but Citi refuses to fulfill their part of the agreement.
