Hi I used Paypal to purchase eyelashes online from the individual named - - from - on -/-/2016. However after repeated attempts to contact the seller and try to get status of the shipment, I still did not receive my goods. I wanted to dispute the transaction on Paypal but could n't and received the error saying " We 're sorry, but this transaction can not be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly. '' However I could n't contact the seller, - at all. I just want my money back at this point so please help me! Thanks!
