Discover Credit card department,
Discover Card sent me a letter saying I have been over my limit a couple months in a row, and because of this, they are increasing my minimum payment amount within the next 60 days. I am not past due and have not been past due. I thought credit cards stopped charging over limit penalties, they should just decline the charges.
